7:00 AM          Report to SCHS. We will take buses to the event
7:30 AM          Depart SCHS for Eagle Bank Arena
12:30 PM        Arrive back to SCHS

Eat breakfast before we depart. Food is not allowed in Eagle Bank Arena. Water bottles are allowed in the Arena.
Attire: Black Concert Uniform. Bring Instruments.

Stallion Summer Strings Counselor Sign-Up

You may work one or both weeks. If there are certain days that you are unable to come it simply requires you telling Ms. Lamons lclamons@fcps.edu in advance (3 weeks prior to camp). Tons of fun and low stress! You will receive one service hour for each hour of attendance. These hours will count for Tri-M, Academic Orchestra Letter, and SCHS service hours.

Orchestra Booster Club Board Officer and Committee Co-Chair volunteers needed for 2017-2018  The Orchestra Booster Club needs volunteers to support our orchestra program and director. Please consider volunteering as a Board Officer or Committee Co-Chari. Job Descriptions can be found at www.schsorchestra.org.

The 2017-2018 Board Officers must be assembled in time for the Annual Membership meeting scheduled during the Orchestra Banquet on Thursday, June 1st. 
Committee Members can volunteer at any time but it is helpful to have volunteers in place ASAP to prepare for Stallion Stampede.

OVATIONS SUMMER STRINGS ACADEMY

The Ovations Summer Strings Academy at George Mason University offers a unique Chamber Music and String Orchestra experience for young string students (rising 7th graders through 12th grade).  

Dates:   June 25 – June 30, 2017
Times:   Sunday, 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.*
*Also Thursday and Friday evening concerts
Tuition: $425
